My 2nd visit to LUSH Aesthetics & this time, I opted for their Fat Freezing.

I chose to do the fat freezing around my thighs, because I have crazily stubborn fats around them which I just can't seem to get rid off no matter how much I diet or excersize.
You can also choose from Tummy, Thighs, Love Handles, Calves, Back, etc.
Fat Freezing is a non-surgical & non-evasive alternative to liposuction.
You can achieve up to 25% of fat reduction on the treated area!
So, what exactly is fat freezing?
Fat Freezing improves body contour through the application of cooling plates on desired areas. The plates arepressed against the selected body area for about an hour with minimal to no discomfort. The area is cooled to a temperature that kills fat cells while leaving other tissues (skin, blood vessels and nerves) unharmed.
Fat Freezing uses this science to destroy fatty tissue while putting the body's metabolism to work. Research has shown that cold temperatures can reduce the thickness of the fat layer without having any adverse effects on other types of cells. The body then naturally digests and our immune system will then remove the dead fat cells, and within a few weeks the patient is enjoying her new body contour.
Effects are visible after 2 months and at its best 3 months after the treatment and continue to improve into 6 months.
It is a safe and easy way to achieve fat reduction with noticeable results by improving your body shape without any needles, incisions, anesthesia or side effects. You can even resume normal activities with no difficulties.

Note that it WILL hurt during the first approx 5mins of the treatment*
You can see slight bruisings on my inner thighs. According to my therapist, that is completely normal.
You can see which parts were being sucked by the machine very clearly here. Lol!
The swelling & lines went away in about 15 mins for me but the bruises too a couple of days to heal.
*Varies from person-to-person how bad the bruises will be & how fast/long it'll take to heal.
It has only been a week since my treatment and tbh, I can't tell much difference yet. However, I was told I would only be able to see the difference within 2-3months. Will update again on my progress when the time comes so remember to keep checkin' back! ;)

How long swelling and redness stay on your legs? I had fat freeze procedure yesterday and the place is still red. It is not painful but red.
