Uploaded this picture on my fb this afternoon and had a couple of friends pm-ing me asking me what it was?
Have you guessed it right yet?

I know it looks gross and extremely unedible, when it was first served to me my reaction was...

I was like... "It's edible right?" "Are you sure I can eat this?"
I even asked J to taste it first cos I didn't dare to dig into it at all. Pun intended. Geddit geddit? Ok, nvm.

Read on to find out what this dish really is! ;)

So I arrived to a view like this!
Can you imagine dining to a view like that?
Errrrrr, not a very good picture, I know - But it's not easy taking a picture while carrying Little A :(
Apart from the view, the breeze, the location, this place is definetely perfect fo' a date night out.

I had the chance to experience dining by the bay @ Horizon Bistronomy recently, located at The Punggol Settlement.

We were told to choose what we wanted and being the greedy us, we decided to order everything on the menu.
